Choose the correct form of the present perfect subjunctive.

  1. Verás la tele cuando la habitación.[You can watch television once you’ve tidied your room.]|2nd person singular → hayas recogido
  2. No creo que tu primo y tú algo mal.[I don’t think that you and your cousin did anything wrong.]|2nd person plural → hayáis hecho
  3. Es posible que el envío tarde.[It’s possible that the shipment arrived late.]|3rd person singular → haya llegado
  4. Espero que mis hijos los deberes.[I hope that my children have finished their homework.]|3rd person plural → hayan terminado
  5. Tendré mi propio coche cuando un trabajo.[I’ll have my own car once I’ve found a job.]|1st person singular → haya encontrado

Regular verbs. Complete the gaps with present perfect subjunctive of the verbs in brackets.

  1. La profesora dará los resultados cuando (corregir/ella)   todos los exámenes.[The teacher will give out the results once she has corrected all the exams.]|3rd person singular of haber in present subjunctive (haya) + main verb participle|-ir becomes -ido in the participle: corregir → corregido
  2. Es posible que los trabajadores (cometer)   un error.[It’s possible that the workers have made a mistake.]|3rd person plural of haber in present subjunctive (hayan) + main verb participle|-er becomes -ido in the participle: cometer → cometido
  3. No creo que nosotros (molestar)   a alguien.[I don’t think we bothered anyone.]|1st person plural of haber in present subjunctive (hayamos) + main verb participle|-ar becomes -ado in the participle: molestar → molestado
  4. Puede ser que la tienda (cerrar)   sólo durante el verano.[Maybe the shop is only closed for the summer.]|3rd person singular of haber in present subjunctive (haya) + main verb participle|-ar becomes -ado in the participle: cerrar → cerrado

Irregular verbs. Complete the gaps with the present perfect subjunctive of the verbs in brackets.
