Translation

The tennis match

Serena loves tennis. At the age of four she was given her first racquet and her first trainers.

Today she is a bit nervous because she has to play a very important match. Luckily, she gets to serve first. As she positions herself on the service line, she takes one deep breath. The umpire remains seated and concentrates. The stands that are situated all around the court are jam-packed. All gazes are directed at Serena. But because of her nerves she faults on her serve.

The first tennis ball that she receives comes with a lot of power. She hits the ball with a backhand but unfortunately it hits the net. Immediately, the ballboy runs to collect the ball so the match can continue.

The game is very tight right up until the last minute. The spectators look expectantly at the scoreboard. But in the end her opponent beats Serena in two sets. Never mind Serena! The next time will be better!
