Time for Sport

Elisa does sport every Thursday. Her sport teacher is very demanding and in her classes she works the whole body with extremely exhausting exercises. When the athletes start to sweat she always shouts “Let’s go! Hands up nice and high above your head! Don’t lower your arms!”

At the beginning Elisa always had a lot of stiffness in her legs, especially in her thighs. But step by step she has got used to it and since she’s been doing sport regularly she has less pain in her back. Now she enjoys staying in shape.

Her friend Lorenzo has also joined the fitness classes to lose weight, because he believes that his belly is too big. Her friend Bárbara has some problems with the flexibility exercises even though she is slim. It’s difficult for her to raise her knee to her chest. When they think they can’t do anymore, they hear “Get up everyone, we’re going to run around the gym! Kick your heels up to your backside!”

At the end everyone is destroyed and Lorenzo is sweating a lot. But every time the class ends, the teacher is happy and satisfied with the work they’ve done.
