Mamá: Cintia, ¿otra vez con mis zapatos? ¡Te quedan enormes! Si caminas por el apartamento con ellos sin parar, el tacón se romperá.
Cintia: Vale, ya paro. ¿A qué hora vamos a casa de la abuela? ¡Quiero jugar con sus vestidos!
Mamá: Nos vamos ya mismo. Venga, ponte los zapatos. Hemos quedado a la hora de comer y vamos a llegar tarde.
Cintia: ¡Ya estoy casi lista! ¿Puedo llevar mis leotardos rosas en la cabeza como una elfa?
Mamá: ¿Los has sacado del cesto de la ropa sucia? Toma, ponte estos calcetines.
Cintia: Vale. ¿Y qué zapatos me pongo? ¡Ah, ya sé! Quiero ponerme mis sandalias.
Mamá: Pero cariño, está lloviendo y hace frío. Tengo una idea: nos ponemos las dos nuestras botas de agua y de camino a casa de la abuela saltaremos sobre los charcos juntas.
Cintia: Pero es que esas botas me quedan pequeñas.
Mamá: Vaya, entonces este fin de semana iremos a comprarte unas nuevas. Toma, ponte las zapatillas verdes.
Cintia: ¡Vale! ¿Me ayudas con los cordones?
Mamá: Por supuesto, cielo. Usa este calzador para meter el pie en la zapatilla.
Cintia: ¡Gracias! ¿Y eso, qué es?
Mamá: ¿Estos mini calcetines? Son de cuando eras un bebé.
Cintia: ¿En serio? Son diminutos. Se los pondré a la Osa Rosa.
Mamá: ¡Buena idea! Vamos, ¡en marcha!

The Shoe Shelf
Mum: Cintia, again with my shoes? They’re much too big for you! If you keep walking around the flat in them, the heel will break.
Cintia: Ok, I’ll stop now. What time are we going to Grandma’s? I want to play with her dresses!
Mum: We’re leaving right now. Come on, put your shoes on. We’re meeting for lunch and we’re going to be late.
Cintia: I’m almost ready! Can I wear my pink tights on my head like an elf?
Mum: Did you take those out of the laundry basket? Here, put these socks on.
Cintia: Ok. Which shoes should I wear? Oh, I know! I want to wear my sandals.
Mum: But honey, it’s raining and cold. I’ve got an idea: let’s both put our wellies on and we can jump in puddles on the way to Grandma’s.
Cintia: But those boots are too small for me.
Mum: Well, then this weekend we’ll go and buy you some new ones. Here, put your green shoes on.
Cintia: Ok! Will you help me with the laces?
Mum: Of course, honey. Use this shoehorn to put your foot in the shoe.
Cintia: Thanks! What’s that?
Mum: These mini socks? They’re from when you were a baby.
Cintia: Really? They’re tiny. I’m going to put them on Pink Bear.
Mum: Good idea! Come on, let’s go!
